The production of parts at the refinery falls under the broader field of reverse engineering. This approach ensures that newly manufactured parts are faithful copies of the original in terms of dimensions, shape, manufacturing precision, surface quality, and material type. While often associated with 3D technologies, reproduction can also be carried out using traditional methods.
Shut-off valves, various types of valves, taps, dampers, and similar components are a critical part of every pipeline at the Pančevo Refinery, and therefore an essential element of all oil and petroleum product processing operations.
External recertification audits were successfully conducted at Naftagas – Naftni Servisi and Naftagas – Tehnički Servisi, confirming that welding processes comply with EN ISO 3834-2.
